Democrats REFUSED to CONFRONT President Bush on his "MORE BIPARTISAN" pledge from 2000. Will they REPEAT their error in 2007?

Over at our sister post "MediaWhoresUSA.blogspot.com" we mention several of the gross LIES that the Bush campaign and Bush White House pushed on the American people (and Democrats) in 2000 and early 2001, and specifically, how not only did Mr. Bush do NOTHING to fulfill his national security responsibilities when warned by the CIA that al Qaida leader Osama Bin Laden was "DETERMINED TO ATTACK in America," but that indeed President Bush SPENT THAT ENTIRE YEAR up to September 2001 engaged in FIERCELY PARTISAN POLITICS, including ramming fiercely partisan nominees past the somnolent Tom Daschle Senate 'leadership," concocting the BOGUS (lying) "White House TRASHING" scandal OUT OF THIN AIR (and thereby SMEARING both Al Gore and all Democratic WH staffers), and above all spending the entire summer of 2001 exclusively dedicated to PARTIAN PHOTO-OPS, REPUBLICAN FUNDRAISERS, and BASH DEMOCRATS media campaigns.

All of which arrogance, deception, and duplicity are so well capured in the infuriating photo of President Bush juxataposing himself with those tempered and tested presidents carved into Mr. Rushmore.
(Ironically, as the caption to one wire-service photo of Mr. Bush at Mt. Rushmore explained, then freshman President Bush was touting his desired creation of a HOMELAND SECURITY department while speaking at that Mt. Rushmore photo-op/press conference.... at a time when he was IGNORING the looming threat posed by Al Qaida that his advisors including "Counter-Terror Czar" Richard Clarke, the FBI, CIA, and other intel services were trying to bring to his attention.)
