THE ONLY THING WORSE than Rethuglican ARROGANCE at UNDERMINING and SABOTAGING international Nuclear non-proliferation cooperation.... has been the COWERING FAILURE of the Democrats to USE THE ISSUE to DEFINE the Republicans AS THE PARTY OF ARROGANCE, SCORN, and CONTEMPT for international cooperation.
